These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application THR: AZ Harvest Tracking (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.1. Purpose of the AppThe Hunt Report provides users with simplified access to publicly available harvest data from the Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD), including information about over-the-counter (OTC) hunting quota limits, season status, and harvest updates.THR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AZGFD.
All data is sourced from publicly available AZGFD harvest reports.THR does not provide legal advice, guarantee accuracy, or ensure compliance with AZ hunting regulations. Hunters are solely responsible for verifying official rules.2. EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
By using the App, you represent that:You are legally allowed to hunt in the state of Arizona, if you choose to do so.You understand that THR does not verify your hunting eligibility or compliance.3. Use of the AppYou may use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:Access or use the App for any illegal activity.Reverse engineer, modify, or extract source code.Attempt to disrupt or damage the App or servers.Misrepresent or misuse AZGFD data.We may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.4. Accuracy of InformationWe make reasonable efforts to display accurate, up-to-date harvest information. However:We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.AZGFD may update information at any time.The App may experience delays, outages, or processing errors.You agree that THR is not liable for any decisions or outcomes related to hunting, harvest limits, closures, or legal compliance.Always verify official regulations with AZGFD directly.5. Analytics and TrackingThe App uses Google Analytics (or Google Analytics for Firebase) to collect anonymous usage data, such as:Number of active usersSession durationScreens viewedCrash/technical diagnosticsWe do NOT collect:NamesEmail addressesPhone numbersLocation dataAdvertising identifiersAny personally identifiable information (PII)Analytics data is used solely to improve app performance and user experience.6. Intellectual PropertyAll content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, UI components, and design, is owned by The Hunt Report or licensed for use.You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App or its assets.10. Changes to the AppWe may update, modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including future species tracking (bear/lion), without notice.11.
